Bangladesh Squad For World Cup 2023: Bangladesh has announced its team for the World Cup. Shakib Al Hasan will lead Bangladesh. While wicketkeeper batsman Liton Das will be in the role of vice-captain. At the same time, Tamim Iqbal, who recently returned after retirement, has not got a place. Earlier, Tamim Iqbal could not play in the Asia Cup due to back injury. However, Tamim Iqbal made a comeback in the series against New Zealand. Bangladesh team led by Shakib Al Hasan will start its World Cup campaign with a match against Afghanistan. The match between Afghanistan and Bangladesh will be played on 7 October in Dharamshala.
